The results of the questionnaire and english scores were inputted into the computer , a statistical analysis system ( spss 10 . 0 ) was used to analyze them . the findings are summarized as follows : subjects high in nachievement prefer working on moderately difficult tasks but subjects low in nachievement show quite a different preference curve , they prefer tasks which are either the most difficult one or the easiest one 具有低成就動機(jī)的人對自己能力的估計(jì)不是過高就是過低,抱負(fù)水準(zhǔn)往往不合實(shí)際,他們常選擇特別容易或特別難的任務(wù),因?yàn)槿菀椎娜蝿?wù)挑戰(zhàn)性小,易于成功,在過難的任務(wù)上失敗了可以推卸責(zé)任,降低內(nèi)心的焦慮水平。
